Sistema de quilla de acero ligero de alta calidad

Galvanized square tubing is a type of hollow, cold-formed steel section with a square or rectangular profile. It is manufactured from hot-rolled or cold-rolled strip steel or coils through cold-forming and high-frequency welding, followed by a galvanizing process for surface corrosion protection. Common specifications range from 20×20 mm to 600×600 mm, with wall thicknesses between 0.8 mm and 40 mm and typical zinc coating weights of 60–275 g/m².

Common specifications range from 20×20 mm to 600×600 mm, with wall thicknesses between 0.8 mm and 40 mm and typical zinc coating weights of 60–275 g/m². Characterized by a uniform structure and a high section modulus, these tubes offer superior bending resistance and load-bearing capacity compared to round tubes of the same weight, while also facilitating easier positioning and assembly.
Hot-dip galvanized square tubes: Produced by immersing formed square tubes into molten zinc, these feature strong zinc adhesion and long-lasting corrosion resistance; they are suitable for highly corrosive outdoor environments and represent a mainstream choice in construction projects.
Electric galvanized (cold-galvanized) square tubes: Produced by depositing a zinc layer onto the tube surface via an electric chemical process, these feature a uniform, smooth coating and lower zinc consumption; they are better suited for dry indoor environments where a high-quality surface finish is required.
Square tubes made of ordinary carbon steel (such as Q195 and Q235) and low-alloy steel (such as Q345) can be flexibly selected based on the structural load requirements.
As a core material in steel construction, it is used to erect primary steel beams and columns, as well as roof and floor support frameworks, serving as a common structural material for large-span industrial plants and public venues.
Widely used in the primary and secondary framing for glass curtain walls; its uniform cross-section allows for the direct attachment of curtain wall mounting hardware, significantly enhancing construction efficiency.
Used in photovoltaic mounting systems for building-integrated photo voltaic (BIPV), outdoor architectural railings, municipal street light poles, and structural supports for enclosures at airports and transportation hubs.
