The adjustable through-type hanger for light-gauge steel keel ceilings is a key component used to connect the suspension rod to the main keel within the ceiling system. This hanger is manufactured from high-quality galvanized cold-rolled steel sheet via a single-piece stamping process. It features a riveted mounting tab at the top for connection to fully threaded suspension rods and a clip-style base designed to fit the main keel; the fixing position can be adjusted via rivets, allowing for flexible regulation of the ceiling elevation.

The surface is galvanized for rust and corrosion resistance, and the overall structure offers high rigidity and deformation resistance, making it compatible with standard main keels such as the 38 main channel and 50 furring channel.

This suspension component is primarily designed for light-gauge steel keel ceiling systems and is suitable for the following applications: Standard flat ceilings: It connects fully threaded suspension rods to the load-bearing main keel, suspending and securing the main keel to the structural ceiling slab to support the entire weight of the ceiling system; it is a standard accessory for gypsum board and mineral wool board ceilings.

Multi-level or decorative ceilings: Featuring an adjustable design, it allows for flexible suspension height adjustments based on the ceiling’s design elevation, meeting the installation requirements for stepped or variable-height decorative ceilings.
