Product Introduction

Galvanized Threaded Rod (All-Thread Rod/Hanger Rod) is a standard-compliant galvanized fully threaded rod. It is a widely used general-purpose fastener in the construction and renovation sectors. A fully threaded rod features continuous threading along its entire length. This specific model is manufactured from Q235 carbon steel and finished with a blue-white zinc plating for rust protection. It features uniform, precise threading (meeting National Standard Grade A) and is available in sizes ranging from M4 to M24.

Standard lengths of 1 to 3 meters are available, and the rods can be cut on-site to meet specific installation requirements for various applications. Suspended Ceiling Installation: This is a common application in interior fit-outs. Used in conjunction with expansion bolts and hangers, it supports the grid systems (furring channels) for integrated ceilings and mineral wool acoustic ceilings. In complex ceiling designs involving varying elevations uch as split-level or tiered ceilings t serves as a load-bearing rod connecting the structural slab to the ceiling grid; the height is easily adjustable to meet specific design requirements.

Pipeline Suspension and Securing: Used in concealed installation work to suspend and secure various systems, including fire-suppression piping, plumbing (water supply and drainage), electrical conduits (high and low voltage), and HVAC duct work. The height and level of the pipelines can be flexibly adjusted using nuts, ensuring a stable and secure installation. Wall Form work Reinforcement: Functions as a threaded through-wall tie rod during concrete wall casting. When used with appropriate accessories, it reinforces the form work to prevent bulging or bursting under concrete pressure.

By welding on a water-stop plate, it converts into a water-stop tie rod, suitable for concrete walls requiring waterproofing, such as those in basements or water tanks.
