High-quality light steel keel system

PVC Gypsum Tile combines a gypsum board core with a decorative PVC film pre-printed in colors, wood-grain, marble, or solid finishes. It provides a finished appearance without painting or joint compound. The 600 × 600 tiles can be placed in a suspended T-grid or fixed directly to wood or metal framing with PVC edge trims.
PVC Gypsum Tile is made with a gypsum board core and a decorative polyvinyl chloride film laminated onto the face. The PVC layer is pre-printed with colors, wood-grain, marble, or solid finishes, giving the panel a finished appearance immediately after installation without painting or joint compound.
Installation
Suspended Grid Ceiling Drop the 600 × 600 tiles into a suspended T-grid. No glue is required, and the tiles remain replaceable.
Direct Fixing Screw the tiles to wood or metal framing and cover the edges with PVC trims, using a method similar to drywall installation.
Cutting Cut the tile with a fine-tooth saw or utility knife and support the cut edge.
Use and Selection
Keep the room ventilated and do not expose the PVC face to constantly soaking-wet conditions. PVC gypsum is suitable when a pre-finished, budget-friendly decorative ceiling with gypsum fire safety is required. Aluminum or pure PVC is intended for genuinely wet rooms such as shower areas, while plain gypsum with paint is used for a seamless, customized appearance.
